How are your paintings made?
All the paintings are reproduced and handmade on canvas by our artists,no computer or other machine is used.

What is the term of payment?
For the mormal paintings, it is 30% as deposit, and the balance before the deliver.
For the special paintings, such as special size or the photo from you, it is 50% as deposit, the balance is before the deliver.

How long does it take to produce the paintings ?
Usually, it will takes one or two weeks to finish the paintings for the small order, but the photograph of paintings need to be checked by customer, so it will take more thime.

In case when your purchase does arrive damaged of our fault, we shall exchange your purchase or shall refund its cost. All artworks are send insured, and a transportation company will repair damages, if they occur. Please, contact us and send us the photograph of the damaged details urgently.

We let the customer choose the frame to match their decoration. Most of the time, the painting can be framed at local frame shop for a lower price than buying paintings that are framed. The flexibility is yours.
